TCI's growth process has been achieved by judicious diversification from its original base of specialization in providing total solutions to cargo handling and distribution.  From its original base, the Company has also made investments by setting up 11.50 MW windmills in the state of Rajasthan (5.00 MW - 1.25 MW X 4 machines) and Maharashtra (6.50 MW - 1.25 MW X 4 and 1.50 MW x 1 machines) - All Machines are of SUZLON make. 

At that time in the year 2003 when very few people had even thought for making entry into windmill projects, TCI had entered into this non-conventional energy field. The main purpose for entering into this field was to get tax exemptions/reliefs as per the Govt. Policies for promoting non-conventional energy means.
