The project is the installment and operation of 24 wind turbines with a combined installed capacity of 48MW. The project is located at Xianghualing Town, Linwu County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, People’s Republic of China.

The objective of the project is the generation of zero carbon emission electricity from hydropower and the displacement of the same amount of electricity from the Northwest China Power Grid (NWPG) that is mainly dominated by electricity derived from coal-fired power plants.

The project activity is a bundled wind power project of capacity 5.3 MW installed in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan in India.
