M/s Shah Promoters & Developers a registered partnership firm established in the year 1986 and having its registered office at AST-1, Success Chambers, 1232, Apte Road, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune- 411004. The main business of the firm consists of construction of residential and commercial units and generation of power through windmills.

Our 7.2 Mw wind farm (CDM Project id-4489) is located at Khandke, District Ahmednagar in the state of Maharashtra, India. It consists of 9 wind turbines of Wind World India Ltd. (formerly known as  Enercon India Ltd)  each with a capacity of 0.8 Mw.

Besides from producing green energy, this project helps and contributes in upliftment of the people living in nearby villages of the wind farm sites.  The project creates employment, business and extra income opportunities for the locals. Many social works are carried out with respect to fulfil promises made under CSR (Corporate social responsibilities).
