With over 50 years of experience, Transport Corporation of India Limited is the largest integrated supply chain and logistics solutions provider in India. In 2003, the company entered the energy sector looking to promote non-conventional energy means. Currently, it holds 11.50 MW windmills in Rajasthan and Maharashtra.

The project activity consists of setting up of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) of a total capacity of 4.95 MW (1.65 MW x 3 nos.) in Tamil Nadu by Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Limited, (hereafter referred as SRHHL).

The purpose of the project activity is to generate electricity by using the wind energy for the sustainable growth of Rajasthan state by providing clean and green electricity to NEWNE grid.

Our 7.2 Mw wind farm is located at Khandke, India. The project developer is the firm M/s Shah Promoters & Developers. In addition to the production of green energy, this project creates employment, business and extra income opportunities for the locals.

The main objective of the project activity is to mitigate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by energy generation through renewable source namely Wind.

The project activity comprises of setting up of two number of Wind Electricity Generators (WEGs) with an installed capacity of 4.2 MW (2 x2.1 MW) located in the village of Kurukkalpatti in the district of Tirunelveli.

The main objective of the project activity is to generate electrical energy through sustainable means using wind power resources and thereby contribute to climate change mitigation efforts. The electricity generated is supplied to the INDIAN grid.

The project activity involves installation of 15 wind turbine generators (WTG) in a phased manner in the different districts of Tamil Nadu state by Premier Cotton Textiles (PCT), a partnership firm, and Sree Narasimha Textiles Pvt Ltd (SNT), both belonging to the Premier Group.
